Day 7 - Rest
Today is my first rest day of Shaun T’s Insanity program. I’ve managed to pull my lower left back and injured my right hip flexor during the workouts this week.  Finding a comfortable sleeping position is difficult to say the least. I definitely noticed a difference in my stamina from the first Plyometric Cardio and the second this week. A day of rest is well deserved and much needed. ...
